In Withdrawal or Cold Turkey

Many of our first time visitors have already started to reduce their medication or quit the medication cold turkey and are in the middle of withdrawal and find it difficult to concentrate on the chapters of the book that address their situation. This page is to help guide you through the process and hopefully make it little easier.

As always, inform your doctor what is happening and tell your doctor what you want to do RIGHT NOW to help handle the withdrawal.

What you do or do not do at this point may determine how well you feel for the next weeks, months or years.

The Road Back Program uses specific nutritional supplements to help eliminate the withdrawal or cold turkey symptoms. The supplement supplier, TRB Health, has packaged them for us in a way to match this program. TRB health will include with the shipment; details of how to take each supplement.

Benzodiazepines, Anti-anxiety and Sleep Medications

Over the past 10 years we have helped tens of thousands of people successfully get off their medication. We know what you are going through and we do know time is of the essence to handle the debilitating side effects.

We know you may feel like you are the only one that has ever gone through what you are currently experiencing, we assure you, you are not alone with this, and there is a road back. The good news is, for the majority of people it can be rather quick.
